Well, maybe, you could be right - it might be the least bad, if it were possible to effect it. It would be a tremendous improvement on the disastrous system we have now.

It's a place I'd like to visit but getting that distance without contributing to climate change (not to mention having the time and wherewithal) might prove a problem.
I'd appreciate a pen picture of the place from you, as a substitute!
