Japan better get ready for a lower standard of living and to break their commitments on Global Warming.

They will have blackouts, increased costs in daily living, factory shut downs, and it will hurt their economy in significant ways. Shutting down all their nuclear plants was an over the top reaction. They just nationalized their energy. So, "no good crisis goes to waste", when it comes to authoritarian bureaucrats.
