big green gathering on next year

I dont know how many people on the site have been to this event but the big green is the biggest green event in the country , Ive been going to it for a few years and its really terrific .

it has a large permaculture area lots of stuff on alternative energy and a very nice atmosphere .

if you work as a steward you get free food and your ticket and get to meet lots of nice people .

anyway its on next year between Wednesday 2nd - Sunday 6th August 2006
usually its held near chedder hopefully it will be on the same site

i dont think the BBG has been held for several years due to licencing and security issues??

We were there with our stall, and I did a few talks.

What a lot of people were discussing/dissin' over the week were the sound systems -- too many and too loud. It was really difficult to find a quite place, and some of the speakers had to shout to be heard over them.

ah i see, completely different site, nowhere near Cheddar/Priddy, thought so.
