Er, no. The procedure for medics is that they are trained to wear full protective NBC gear in any suspected attack like this for a very good reason. If they have bare skin then they, themselves, would join the victims requiring immediate urgent medical attention. And no, dousing victims with water does not make it ok for them to touch with bare hands.
Any medic who has had training in this will tell you that. Some info can be found here:

The US have launched cruise missiles against Syria.

Yep, sure is

Interesting. This is either the beginning of the end of the civil war in Syria, or the start of something much bigger.

I fear that it is quite probably the start of something much bigger but hope it is not.

Moon of Alabama: Syria: US Creates a new air request scheme for Al-Qaeda

Quote:
Yesterday major Democratic leaders in Congress supported strikes on Syria. Despite that they are also likely to attack Trump over them. The strikes are a "strong man" gamble. As Trump said when Obama ordered strikes such are a desperate move. Most parts of the State Department and the NSC were not consulted about them. The chances that these will "blow back" politically as well as strategically are high.

Open U.S.-Russian cooperation in Syria will now cease. U.S. planes in Syrian airspace are from now on constantly under imminent danger. There will also be some larger revenge against the U.S. for last night's strikes. Likely not in Syria but in Iraq, Afghanistan or at sea. A "message" will be send. The U.S. reaction to that "message" will be a decision over a much larger war.

None the less those adults were working to save their children and hosing them down with in one case a garden hose. What real medics would or would not do if they were there and had the gear required is beside the point and their absence does not prove or disprove the use of chemical weapons.
No matter how deadly a gas it disperses and dilutes to none lethal levels at some distance from the point of release and survivors are those standing beyond that point. Those unfortunates that were closer to the zero point were not making any videos as they were lying on the ground dead.

Sarin remains deadly even at minute levels.

Whilst it does degrade full NBC gear is still required until environmental tests prove that it has dissipated

The demise of the ISIS caliphate continues apace.

As a result of de=escalation agreements reached between Russia, Iran and Turkey, the Syrian Arab Army has concentrated its forces primarily against ISIS positions in Eastern Aleppo Governorate, Palmyra and in the Damascus desert along the Damascus - Baghdad highway. Map of the current military position

In East Aleppo, ISIS are on the verge of losing their last stronghold

All in all there are similarities with the military situation in 1944. ISIS is being systematically crushed in both Iraq and Syria. This does not mean ISIS won't kick off elsewhere - they have in the Philippines - however their goal of a caliphate is withering. What could replace it? Here's a very interesting article on the topic:
Elijah Magnier: Eliminating ISIS top priority for Damascus and her allies

What should also be noted is that the Iraqi Popular Mobilization Units (PMU) have reached the Syrian border and are in the process of expanding the buffer zone, with the express aim of cutting ISIS supply line.

Interesting times ahead and increasingly uncomfortable for Israel, I suspect

The Western neo-con establishment are sensing their demise is near and so are preparing to push us into war as a last ditch attempt to provide us with an enemy before we turn on them instead

These are incredibly dangerous times.

The scale of what the Syrian Arab Army has achieved thus far in 2017 can be found here

Quote:
Without external hostile interference the legitimate Syrian government will be back in control of all significant parts of its country by the end of this year.

As US forces effectively concede using Al-Tanf as a Launchpad into Syria the propaganda stakes are ratcheted up even higher.

It is precisely because of what is now amounting to naked suppression of the facts being disseminated which leads me to conclude we are living in times more dangerous and more at risk of a direct global conflict between East and West than at any point in my life.

The end of the Islamic Caliphate in Syria:

Moon of Alabama: The Siege of Deir Ezzor has been lifted

The collapse of ISIS has been swift and dramatic - they will probably morph into a guerrilla style hit and run outfit - in both Syria and Iraq.

The biggest losers though, may well be the US and NATO. With ISIS crushed as a military force, there is not the fig leaf to occupy Syrian land under the pretext of "fighting ISIS"
