No they aren't. They are just less scared than the other parties of being honest about certain environmental problems, because, unlike the Green Party, they don't also see themselves as inclusive neo-socialists.

Frankly, I wouldn't believe anything the BNP says in public. There is ample evidence of their lack of grasp of history and heritage and of their tactics of using mild and popular policies to attempt to achieve their strategic aim of power.

A legal entity can go bust and another legal entity can take the party name. I don't know precisely what happened, but party names and legal entities are separate things.
