Alright, I just had to tell you. I have toasty feet because I'm making my own socks. I can't knit them, though lots of folk do, but I can crochet them. It's fast, it's comfy, and it means warm toes when the weather turns frosty and cheap imports are a thing of the past.
I have made three pairs in as many weeks, and I am feeling smug. Sorry. Just had to share.
Did I say easy? Anyone could do it.

Ooo, good for you tattercoats. Socks are something I am looking into making soon. I've knitted two jumpers in as many weeks and am currently on a balaclava. Toasty, toasty. _________________ Alice
