Hospital ships are a recent Tory government idea. Here's the Daily Mail waxing lyrical:

http://www.dailymail.co.uk/news/article-2814087/Can-Royal-Navy-turn-tide-against-Ebola-Hospital-ship-Argus-arrives-Sierra-Leone-war-virus.html

The Green Party is quite able to pick up on good ideas, even when they come from the Tories.

What little they've chosen to report upon sounds quite reasonable. Pretty tame, really, just the rag's usual fake sensationalism.

I don't think she's doing the Party any great favours at the moment. Patrick Harvie, the Scottish Green co-convenor, is a better debater and interviews well.

Amidst the criticism, let's not forget that under her leadership the membership has grown from a few thousand to 65000 and still growing and the best ever General Election results achieved.

I believe in India there is a hospital train doing eye surgery. I am not sure if our rail network is linked to Africa but I guess one could be shipped by sea to the nearest African railhead.

Africa does not have much of a railway network. The Indian one was a great achievement of the British empire.

Yes, that's a pity. A pan-African rail network would have had the potential to unite the continent and facilitate trade in ways that have never happened in Africa.

Probably a bit late now, as we're well into our descent.

It's mildly mad. How can you expect farmers to pay for the costs of gun crime ?
