Chris Vernon explains Peak Oil and how it affects us in the UK - the interreleation with Climate Change, the ramifications of peak for agriculture and the economic impact on the UK as we rapidly shift from being an energy exporter to importer.

Sarah Pugh sets out the Transition process and vision - how we can empower ourselves to take action at a grassroots level in response to Peak Oil and Climate Change, building a positive, resilient and sustainable future.

The talks will followed by an Open Space audience discussion on organising our communities' response.
